Rooms were clean and cleaned every day with soap provided, the staff was accommodating and helped organize laundry and airport taxi, the bed was comfortable with basic amenities, AC in the room was noisy but the location was quiet near a metro station and shops.
Rooms had kitchenettes, drum washing machines, refrigerators with freezer compartments, microwaves, and capsule coffee machines, staff were professional and efficient at the front desk and in room service, spacious rooms were clean with good housekeeping, delivery was brought upstairs, two metro stations were close by near Shanghai Stadium.
Helpful host Lily organised taxi from the airport and return, showed around the apartment, explained everything in detail, and sent photos with restaurant recommendations.
Helpful staff communicated well and arranged free shuttle pick up and drop off from Pudong Airport with flexible timing, the room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and located in a quiet suburban neighborhood about 20 minutes from the airport.
Rooms were spacious, quiet, clean and modern with daily cleaning, linen and toiletries changed regularly, a mall with two supermarkets was across the street and many small restaurants were nearby on the same side of the street, metro station Jiaguang Road was about 10 minutes walk away and a bus to Hongqiao International Airport stopped right outside.
Staff were amazing and treated like friends, the apartment was well-equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, washing machine and large bright rooms that were clean and quiet, the compound was green and well-kept with a garden and pond area.
